Collaborative Undergraduate research projects:

From 2006 to 2012, 54 undergraduate students completed collaborative undergraduate research projects supervised by Dr. Kimberley Dej. These projects were carried out in dedicated undergraduate space in LSB and BSB. These projects included:

  • Project 1: Mapping cell cycle mutations in D.melanogaster.  (K. Dej)
  • Project 2: Recombination mapping of EMS-generated mutations (K. Dej, R. Jacobs)
  • Project 3: Female sterility in D.melanogaster  (K. Dej, R. Singh)
  • Project 4: Nematode Diversity Project (K. Dej, B. Gupta)
